Your Insurance. Your Choice.

You Choose Where Your Vehicle Is Repaired — Not Your Insurance Company.

After an accident, you have the right to choose the collision repair shop you trust. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific repair facility.

Casey Collision Center repairs all makes and models and works with all insurance companies. Once you file your claim, our team can help handle the details — from coordinating your rental vehicle to working with your insurance company and managing the billing.

When you need us most, Casey Collision Center is here to help make the repair process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Collision Repair Checklist

After an accident, keep these things in mind:

  • Never drive a vehicle that may be unsafe due to accident damage. Your safety comes first.
  • Choose the repair shop you want. You have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle — not your insurance company.
  • You can get multiple repair estimates. There is no law requiring you to get more than one estimate.
  • Know your options. You can take your vehicle to your insurance company’s claims center, or you can have the insurance company inspect your vehicle at Casey Collision Center.
  • Remember, estimates may vary. A lower estimate may not include all of the repairs needed to properly restore your vehicle. We’re always happy to explain the details of our estimate.
  • Choose a qualified repair facility. Look for a shop with the proper unibody repair equipment and certified technicians.
  • Ask about parts. Find out whether the shop uses genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.
  • Ask about the warranty. A quality repair should be backed by a repair warranty.
  • Choose a shop that makes the process easier. At Casey Collision Center, we can help coordinate your repair, rental vehicle and insurance claim so you can focus on getting back on the road.
