At Casey Collision Center, we’re committed to providing you with the highest-quality collision repairs and making the repair process as stress-free as possible. Our goal is simple: to repair your vehicle properly and keep you satisfied with the work we do.

We warranty the repairs — not your insurance company.

Casey Collision Center provides a National Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs related to your current loss. The warranty applies to items originally included on your repair estimate and remains in effect for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions below.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship that occur under normal operating conditions.

Paint & Refinish Warranty

Casey Collision Center warrants its paint and refinishing work for the life of the vehicle against:

• Cracking
• Chipping
• Loss of gloss caused by hazing, chalking or fading
• Peeling
• Blistering caused by moisture

This coverage applies when refinishing is performed over the original factory finish or over original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts.

Stone chips and rust-related conditions are not covered.

Parts & Materials

Parts and materials are covered according to the applicable terms and conditions of the parts manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Another accident or collision
• Negligence, abuse or misuse
• Lack of vehicle maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Exposure to the elements or other external phenomena
• Acts of God or nature
• Industrial fallout
• Stone chips or damage caused by road debris
• Road salt, gravel or other abrasives

The following items are also excluded from Casey Collision Center’s workmanship warranty and may instead be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties:

• Sublet work listed on the repair order
• Tires
• Batteries
• Mechanical parts
• Wiper blades
• Oils and other fluids
• Air conditioning components

Towing and transportation costs are not covered under this warranty.

There is no warranty on repairs to rust.

We Warranty The Repairs, Not Your Insurance Company.

The Casey Collision Center offers a National Limited Lifetime Warranty on all repairs to include Refinish as described on the estimate. This warranty is subject to all terms and conditions described below. Under this warranty, the Casey Collision Center listed above, warranties that the repairs listed above shall be free of defects in workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.

Parts and Materials:

All Parts and Materials are covered solely as described by the terms and conditions of the parts manufacturers or the suppliers warranty.

Exclusions:

All damages caused by another accident, normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance to the vehicle are not covered by this warranty. Also excluded from this warranty are all damages caused by external phenomena (Acts of God or Nature), industrial fall out, chipping caused by impact of objects such as stone splits, road salt gravel or any other abrasives on the road.

Towing of the vehicle and transportation of the client are also excluded from this warranty.

There shall be no warranty on repairs to rust.
