Brought the car in on Monday, told to pick it up on Thursday. Next, maybe Friday. Now Monday late in the day. People at the front desk have no idea how to answer questions or communicate with the body shop workers.

What I needed, when I needed it. Got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off, inside and out. Never had problems with getting answers to my questions, not even when the insurance company was being difficult with getting payment issued.
